As per AWGIC Bylaws Article III: Meetings of Members, the Annual Meeting will be held within fifteen months of the last Annual Meeting but not later than six months after the end of the Corporation’s preceding financial year.
Annual Meeting minutes will be posted online once approved at the following year’s Annual Meeting.
